Architectural Services
Below is a breakdown of the three stages our full architectural services cover. It is possible to appoint us for stage one or two without the need for stage three depending on your requirements.
Schematic Design & Development
RIBA Stages 1-3
Our design process is a collaborative one, and we will discuss your proposal in detail with you as the design develops.

Tender Documents
RIBA Stage 4
Our architectural services at this stage include progressing the design from planning drawings to a fully developed proposal with detailed drawings and schedules fully describing the works.

Construction
RIBA Stages 5-7
During construction we will visit your site to review that work is proceeding in accordance with the proposed designs. Following completion we will make final inspections and advise on any rectification works required.
